Look how wonderful work we have done!
The German Development Cooperation (GIZ) has been supporting the implementation of the Sustainable Land Management Programme (SLMP) since 2008. Activities of GIZ at this moment focused on developing capacities of implementing partners on national, regional, zonal, and woreda levels across six regions, namely Amhara, Benishangul-Gumuz, Gambella, Oromia, SNNPR, and Tigray. The Sustainable Use of Rehabilitated Lands and Economic Development (SURED) is a GIZ supported project that aims at fostering economic use of land rehabilitated under its predecessor Sustainable Land Management (SLM) programme.
In the context of component 3 of SURED, the project supports the implication of private training providers to effectively support large-scale, state-run Investment Programmes in the field of Natural Resource Management (NRM) in Ethiopia.
